PATHFINDER is designed for environments where connectivity is limited, restricted, or intentionally air-gapped. But when remote support or updates are required, PATHFINDER offers an optional 5G hotspot module that enables secure, controlled access even in the most constrained locations.
Customer Controlled Access
Remote access is never automatic. Never persistent. Never outside your control.
Operators can enable or disable remote support through a single physical button on the device. When activated, PATHFINDER establishes a fully encrypted, private connection to a support network dedicated exclusively to that customer.
Per-Customer Encrypted Mesh Network
PATHFINDER uses Tailscale mesh VPN technology, with a private Aries controlled server leveraging:
- Per-customer cryptographic keys
- Percustomer isolated networks
- Zerotrust architecture
- Endtoend encryption
This ensures that remote support, updates, and diagnostics occur only through a secure, authenticated, customer owned channel.
